Summary
Quick QR does not require an account. The text you type to make a QR code is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers to create the code.
Information we may receive
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use these logs to keep the site running and to fix problems.
Logos you upload
If you add a logo to a QR code, the image is read in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device type and pages visited. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor how the site appears in Google Search. It does not track individual visitors.
Third-party services
The QR library is loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. That service may log standard request information when the page loads.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Quick QR does not set any other cookies. [If you add advertising, such as AdSense, update this section and add a consent banner for visitors in the EU, UK and other regions that require one.]
Your choices
[Describe how users can request access, correction or deletion of any data you hold, and the rights that apply in their country, for example under the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.]
